Attended Kings College in Spain and London 1981-1990
Graduated John L Miller High School 1993 where he participated in AP Spanish, AP Sociology and participated in Soccer, Wrestling and Football for 4 yrs.
1993-1997 Attended Binghampton University majored in Business and Marketing. Speaks 3 languages including English, Spanish and Farsi.
1997 to 2004 assisted in managing family and private real estate properties in excess of $200M including attracting Foreign Commerical Real Estate Private Funding and Pooling of new capital in JV deals amounting to $138M.
2004-2006 Spearheaded the first ITIN Program for a private group that later became a platform for lending in institutional and credit union mortgage lending for the Spanish Speaking Community and the underserved.
2006-to date not for profit financing for Real Estate and Mixed Use Community Development Projects including JV's with houses of worship owning RE Portfolio across the country.
2006-to date Created his own Consulting Company, CAC Investment Strategies, LLC and assists national and international clientele.
2007 started a Joint Venture Partnership to create the first social media and fund raising platform with one of the biggest Christian Spanish speaking syndicated radio stations in the country.
2007 to date has worked and assisted in financing over 250 church's including houses of worship across the country and some international.
2008-2012 during the Residential Mortgage crisis at its peak and as part owner of an mortgage bank he re_structured to get $4M dollars in Private Funding to assist in the purchase and refinancing of MBS's converting all loans to performing notes.
2009-2012 BP N.A distressed asset portfolio department contracted CAC Investment Strategies to re_structure $30M dollars in non performing notes that included houses of worships. Omid Dallal worked hand in hand with over 80 property owners of which 25 were modified to performing notes, 45 were foreclosed due to lack of participation and 10 properties converted to residential housing units with community use in partnership with private investors.
2013 Launched the first State of the Art, JCAHO and CARF accredited high end drug treatment center assisting Pregnant Mothers suffering from drug addiction with a detox success rate of 88% for 4 consecutive years till after his leave. Mr Omid Dallal licensed and overlooked a 65 bed facility with all level of treatment including Detox, PHP, Residential, IOP, OP and, Continum Care. He designed and licensed the build out, hired and trained staff, managed and directed the facility, headed marketing, HR and Billing. He gained recognition for his unique model by Governor Rick Scott and Mayors in the State of Florida.
2015-to date managed and assisted in launching 2 drug treatment facilities that later sold off to private health hedge fund companies.
2013 was chosen by family members at Mbanc a family owned Mortgage Bank licensed in 26 States to head marketing and act as its Regional Director.
2016-to date was approached by two of the most reputable RE Development and Construction Firms in the Country to collaborate in projects. The Ironbugh Organization and Hudson Meridian have teamed up and are in the process of building various projects in collaboration.
2017 to date Mr. Omid Dallal started the first Legal Access Plan licensed and registered with a network of over 100 attorneys in the State of New York and New Jersey that caters to Not for Profits, Business and Individual Family Plans. It has brought the attention of other competitors that have proposed offers of the company.
2017 to Present CAC Investment Strategies participates and has permanent programs in 3 different radio stations on a national basis.
2019 to date CAC Investment Strategies continues to grow and thrive in all aspects of the business that it assists its clients.

I met CAC Investment Strategy director from a Rabbi friend in Long Island. They were hired by the Synagogue and their CEO sits on their advisory board.
